This recently renovated 1,300 square foot 3 bed / 2 bath Northern Michigan cottage is located in the heart of Harbor Springs, offering easy access (13 min walk) to both the charming downtown main street and the turquoise blue waters of Lake Michigan.

BEDROOMS: The downstairs bedroom includes a beautiful queen white four-poster bed, fresh white linens, and a luxurious linen duvet. This room is extremely cozy -- trust us. Upstairs are 2 additional bedrooms, one with white pine bunk beds and the other with a queen size sleigh bed and charming pitched ceiling. All beds have nice linens.
BATHROOMS: 2 updated bathrooms (larger one upstairs, smaller one downstairs), both with walk-in showers.

Summary: We stayed a week in this great cottage which was walking distance to downtown. Everything was clean and cozy. We didn't get to use the provided bikes or kayaks but will do so next time we stay there. Definitely look forward to returning. It had everything we needed.

Summary: Mary Sue and Bruce: Best hosts, attention to detail, welcome wine, superb house, all the amenities, boat house decor, fantastic kitchen, wonderful beds, outdoor spaces, kayaks, bikes, grill, walk to beach and town. All you could ask for made this the most enjoyable week one could experience in the idyllic lakeside town of Harbor Springs. Summary: This home is perfect! There are so many touches that made our stay very comfortable. Entire home is completely remodeled. Very comfortable living area for our family of 5. Kitchen easy to use with all necessary utensils. Patio was wonderful to relax on. Lots of seating. I wish it was a tiny bit closer to town but the weather was perfect so the walk was manageable. We went to Petoskey State Beach several days because the kids liked the bigger beach and waves. Highly recommend this property!

Summary: I stayed here with 4 adults for 5 nights. We found the house to be really comfortable and cozy. The back porch and the kitchen island made for really good congregating spots. From the minute we walked in, we knew it was going to be a great place. The kitchen was very well stocked for us to make meals at home. The bathrooms were really clean and set up well. The home overall was very clean and well organized. It was an easy walk to downtown from there and the Harbor Grocery store is just down the road. Communicating with Mary Sue was great! They have set up their rental to be easy to use, starting with the great introduction email and instructions. I would happily stay here again.

Summary: This place has everything you need. The owners are extremely accommodating and check-in was a breeze. The location can’t be beat. You are across the street from a community park where our kids loved to skate and we all played pickle. Kayaks and bikes offered were icing on the cake. We will be back!
